Smoking?

There is no smoking allowed inside the lodges.

We provide smoking rubbish bins outside the lodges.

Do you allow pets?

No, we no not allow or accommodate for pets

Who do I advise of any special requirements?

Upon booking a lodge through the website you may advise of any special requirements – alternatively you can email us [email protected]

I have lost some property during my stay?

If something has been lost during the stay if you can email [email protected] we can help you locate this.

Do you supply towels?

We supply one bath and one hand towel per person per day.

Is there a bar on-site?

We don’t have one on site but there is one in Eastgate which is within walking distance.

Is there Internet or WiFi?

We have a high-speed fibre broadband connection to the site which provides complementary Wi-Fi in each lodge.
Due to our remote location we sometimes experience downtime with our service, which is beyond our control.

Can children stay?

Guests are required to be 14 years and older.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate for children younger than 14 years.

There are no facilities for children on the site.

Can large groups stay?

We unfortunately are unable to accommodate for Stag/Hen parties or large groups which consist of more than 4 people.

Same group bookings of multiple lodges is not allowed.

  • Full English breakfast provisions (for 2021 stays only – we are no longer proving breakfast in 2022 stays)

When is my final balance due?

If you have selected to pay a deposit only, your final balance will be due 3 weeks prior to you stay.

If your balance is not paid 3 weeks prior your booking may be cancelled.
