We offer two exclusive locations—Lower Weardale and Upper Weardale—each providing a unique and peaceful escape.
Lower Weardale features 9 beautifully designed lodges, each with its own distinctive interior and a private hot tub. Situated along a scenic river, these lodges offer breath-taking views of the surrounding valley, creating the perfect setting for relaxation.
Upper Weardale, our newest site, offers stunning, panoramic views of the Weardale Valley and its lush pastures. This elevated location is ideal for those looking to fully immerse themselves in the serenity of nature.
As a family-run business, we take pride in offering a personal and welcoming experience. Both sites are located just a short walk from Eastgate, a charming village with a cosy pub, and are only three miles from the historic market town of Stanhope. Guests can also enjoy nearby countryside walking trails, perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Weardale.
For the comfort of all our guests, we are an adults-only, pet-free destination.

Relaxing quiet location, lodges are beautiful in side and supper cosy and comfortable the bath is massive. Welcome pack of everything you need after a long journey. Also shops and a coop just 2 mile down the road
Not even sure where to start on how amazing this place is!Hands down the best place we've stayed and great value for money when compared with other similar places at this time of year.We stayed for 4 nights in Pond View and it was perfect, immaculately clean, every single detail was thought of and so many added extras.We cannot wait to come back and stay in another of these beautiful lodges, I don't think we'd go anywhere else.Thank you so much for a brilliant stay ❤️

We have just got back from the most amazing special weekend at Weardale Lodges. We stayed in Oak Tree and it was pure luxury and had everything we could have wished for to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and the special little touches that were left for us made it even more special. We would highly recommend these lodges to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay and we will definitely be back in the future. Thanks again for everything xx
